央广网北京1月5日消息（记者张子雨 实习记者其丽木格）据经济之声《天下公司》报道，作为一种新奇的数字货币，比特币曾经在2013年前后在全球范围内引发投资狂潮。但在此之后，随着价格的下挫，比特币沉寂了好几年。现在，比特币又回来了，就在今天，比特币突破了之前8000元人民币的历史高位，一度摸高到8895元。
But then, with prices falling down, Bitcoin sank for several years. Now that Bitcoin is back, today, Bitcoin has broken the previous 8,000 yuan historical high, at one point up to $8895.
值得注意的是，比特币在这两天正好迎来了8岁生日。2009年1月3日是比特币的诞生日，从这一天起直到2010年5月22日，比特币的价格都是零。2010年5月，比特币开始在现实世界当中小范围流通，之后则一发不可收拾。2013年12月4日，比特币打到了1147美元的历史高点，超过和黄金的价格，而在国内的火币网交易平台上，价格也一度达到到8000元人民币。

而之后，中国人民银行联合五部委共同发布《关于防范比特币风险的通知》，比特币价格应声而落，2015年，比特币的价格一度跌到了900元。

为什么比特币价格会再次上涨呢？一位比特币的老玩家这样来分析：“比特币在中国占93%以上的份额，跟13年类似，实际上是有阴谋的，国外的人推高这边的价格，让很多人进入比特币的市场，把一堆数据卖给中国人，可能几年割一次羊毛，老玩家如鱼得水，亏的还是新玩家，跟股市一样。”

而从交易平台的角度来看，比特币的上涨还是有一定的具体因素支撑。火币网市场总监吴兴女士这样来分析比特币上涨的原因。

吴兴表示：“短期内的持续上涨，是因为用户看涨情绪十分高涨，如果这种情绪没有很好的支撑，比如说其他的投资渠道表现也很优越，而且大家对比特币的投资信息不够充足的话，那么它的上涨就是短期的，之后一定会往下跌，但比特币一整年下来持上升之势，不仅仅是因为我们在短期内用户的情绪上涨，更多是因为比特币的应用技术和概念得到了更好的推广，而且比其他的投资品的表现，比如黄金、股市、楼市都要好很多，所以才有了从去年年初到今年年初有大涨的现象。”

财经评论员余丰慧是一位金融领域的资深人士。在他眼中，比特币这轮上涨有巨大的投机性。技术的进步，金融机构的关注，同样也是上涨的推动力量。
In his view, the surge in Bitcoin is highly speculative. Advances in technology, the attention of financial institutions, are also driving the rise.
余丰慧说：“这一拨暴涨里面的投机因素非常大，尤其90%的投机市场都在中国。另外投机成分的背后，比特币是数字货币的鼻祖，世界上的各大投行金融机构都在研究数字货币，比特币现在出现泡沫风险。针对这个投机和泡沫，也是有它产生和发展的强大的支撑基础。”
As Yu said, “The speculation in this boom is huge, especially in China, where 90% of the speculative markets are. Behind the speculation, Bitcoin is the nostalgia of digital money, and the world’s leading financial institutions are studying digital money. Bitcoin is now at risk of bubbles.
有机构对比特币的上涨因素进行分析之后认为，在基准利率下调、刚性兑付不断被打破之下，无风险利率的下移，让比特币所代表的新型投资领域受到了风险偏好投资者的青睐，此轮上涨周期始于2015年的10月，恰逢A股股票市场剧烈下跌之后所引发的资产配置荒，让比特币开始进入居民资产配置的清单。
An analysis of the rising factors in the institutional Bitcoin concluded that the downward adjustment of the base rate and the break-down of the rigid rate of exchange had led to a downward shift in the risk-free rate of the new investment area represented by Bitcoin, which had been favoured by risk-oriented investors, starting in October 2015, in the wake of the desperate asset allocation caused by the sharp decline in the stock market of A shares, which had allowed Bitcoin to enter the population's asset allocation list.
观察一下比特币的价格变化就会发现，比特币虽然是虚拟货币，但是依然和其他金融投资品一样有着相似的运行逻辑。
A look at the price changes in bitcoin reveals that bitcoin, although virtual, still has a similar operating logic to that of other financial investments.
而除了金融因素之外，技术性因素则是左右比特币价格走势的另一项独特因素。2016年4月，游戏平台Steam正式支持比特币支付，从2016年11月份开始，消费者可以把比特币兑换成美元后在亚马逊网站消费；现在，比特币所依托的区块链技术已经被写入“十三五”规划，央行的货币数字计划也在筹备之中。
In April 2016, the game platform, Steam, officially supported Bitcoin payments, and as of November 2016, consumers could convert bitcoins into dollars and consume them on Amazon sites; now, the block chain technology that Bitcoin relies on has been included in the 13th Five-Year Plan, and the central bank’s monetary-digit plan is under preparation.
这当中，有一些因素将对比特币的价格走势产生积极影响，而另外一些则会加剧比特币走势的不确定性。作为一种具有金融投资属性的新生事物，比特币是否可以被当做企业进行资产配置的选项呢？财经评论员余丰慧认为，在研判趋势，理解技术的前提下，可以进行考虑。
Some of these factors have had a positive impact on the price movement of the bitcoin, while others increase the uncertainty of the bitcoin’s movement. As a novel matter with the attributes of financial investment, can bitcoins be considered as options for asset allocation by firms?
余丰慧认为：“从长期来看，比特币肯定是走高的，作为企业和个人实际上可以把它作为一种投资品。如果是不太懂行情的大众，我们建议在价位这么高的时段还是要慎重投资 。不是说我们无所作为，而是要了解国际金融机构对比特币研发进展程度及结果，把它放到数字货币基础上进行观察，待情况稳定，弄清发展方向以后再考虑把它视作投资品。”
“In the long run, Bitcoin is certainly high and can actually be used as an investment as an enterprise or as an individual.” If the public is not well-informed, we suggest that investment should be prudent at such a high price. Not to say that we have nothing to do with it, but rather to understand the extent of the progress and results of the R & D of the international financial institutions, to observe it on the basis of digital currency, to stabilize the situation and to consider it as an investment when the direction of development is clear.”
火币网市场总监吴兴女士则告诫投资者，比特币的投资风险很大，投资者一定要倍加小心。“比特币其实是一种风险非常高的投资品。从长期来看，它也会面临一些风险，比如说比特币的技术会被其他的技术所替代，还有政策方面的风险。对短期的投资角度来看，因为它是24小时交易，日涨跌幅没有限制，全球任何一个经济形势都可能影响价格的波动，对投资者的素质要求非常高，风险性非常高，所以不要只看眼前比特币涨的很快，过于乐观，要十分谨慎，做好风险控制。”
For short-term investment, because it is a 24-hour deal, there is no limit to rising and falling, and any economic situation around the globe can affect price volatility, requiring very high quality and high risk for investors, so let's not just look at the fast, optimistic, cautious, and risk-control.
