  但凡学过或接触过人力资源这个专业的人,大多都听说过人力资源的六大模块,它们分别是:人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、薪酬管理、绩效管理、员工关系管理。人力资源活动指的就是围绕这六大模块所开展的一系列工作,人力资源管理指的就是为保障这系列工作成效而采取的行为措施。
