上线不到一个月，86bex关闭提币通道；运营不到一周，Cattleex宣布破产……数字货币交易平台持续爆雷，不过以FCoin为代表的平台币却依旧火爆，这是为何？平台币又是什么？

In less than a month, 86bex closed the line; less than a week of operation, Cattleex declared bankrupt...The digital money trading platform continued to explode, but the platform coin, represented by FCoin, remained hot. Why?

其实，平台币圈钱套路无外乎两种，一种是以一定的噱头，比如持有平台币必然会挣钱，吸引用户将手中有价值的BTC等数字货币交换成没有价值的平台币，相当于用自己的鸡毛换了别人家的鸡；另一种是通过用户在平台交易时收取手续费，并以手续费会以平台币进行分红返还的承诺来寻找最终的高价接盘侠。

In fact, there are two types of money traps, one based on a certain amount of money, such as the fact that the holding of a platform currency necessarily earns money and attracts users to exchange valuable digital currencies, such as BTC, for no value, equivalent to exchanging their own chicken hair for another's chicken; the other is the search for the ultimate high-value catcher by charging user fees for trading on the platform and by making a commitment to split the money in the platform's currency.

那么，庄家刷量，最终的接盘侠是谁？“交易即挖矿”、“持币分红”到底是什么模式？《每日经济新闻》记者通过一名以平台币进行圈钱的操作者了解到，他们利用预发机制将一部分平台币分给“自己人”，大量刷单的同时，还能以系统内的支付猫腻来骗钱，等到平台币的价格被刷上来，最终接盘者只有两种命运，手握一文不值的平台币，或者等来平台跑路的消息。

So, who is the dealer, and who is the final receiver? What is the pattern of "trade is mining" and "money-sharing"? Daily Economic News, through an operator who spends money in platform currency, learns that they use an advance mechanism to distribute a portion of platform money to their own people, and that, at the same time, a large amount of billing can be used to trick money with payment from the system, until the price of the platform currency is brushed up, and ultimately the receiver has only two kinds of fate, holding a priceless platform currency, or waiting for information about the platform to run.

“交易即挖矿”背后的刷量游戏

不论是在自家平台建立的微信群，还是在各大贴吧论坛币圈人士聚居地，平台币操作者之一陈阳从来不会说他们的平台币是ICO或者IFO项目，他们内部人统一了口径，对外一致声称“我们会上交易所，但是在此之前要有大量投资者进入”。

Whether it is a micro-group set up on its own platform or a conglomerate of forum money circles, Chen Yang, one of the platform money operators, would never say that their platform currency was an ICO or an IFO project, and their insiders had a unified voice, claiming unanimously that “we are going to exchange, but before that, a large number of investors will enter”.

作为平台的初始进入者之一，早在刚开始进行平台币推广之前，陈阳就知道，平台币的一部分会以“交易即挖矿”的方式逐步回馈给交易用户，用户交易会产生手续费，但是手续费会在第二天以平台币的方式返还给交易用户。而剩下的部分，则是以预挖的形式给予相关伙伴持有，虽然并没有锁定，但是其流通是以“交易即挖矿”的方式解锁。

这就意味着，部分用户进行交易，不仅能在第二天再得到作为手续费返还的平台币，还可以解锁预发的平台币，实现了双倍流通量。而利用这种交易才会进行相应解锁的机制，会使得各方铆足了劲进行推广。

This means that some users are trading, not only to get the money returned as a fee on the next day, but also to unlock the advance money and double the amount in circulation. Using this type of transaction to do the same would make it easier for the parties to promote it.

“持币分红”则意味着，用户手中持有多少平台币，就能获得相应的手续费分红。

“Red-for-money” means that a user can obtain a corresponding fee-for-money bonus for the amount of platform money held in his or her hands.

作为类似陈阳的先入局者以及预发行时就已经获得平台币的人，会以极低的价格获得没有价值的平台币，通过后期在交易平台的刷量行为营造出一种平台币很火爆，价格一日千里的现象，比如FCoin，在上线后短短十几天，交易量就超过了OKEx、币安、火币等六家交易所之和，其平台币FT价格也从开盘价的0.1元左右涨了几十上百倍。

这种交易模式能够使平台币早入局者挣得盆满钵满，这也是为什么陈阳等人竭尽全力进行平台币的推广，甚至以“拉人头、发展线下”的传销模式进行炒币。而后入场的人，则是被定位为高价接盘者。

This pattern of transactions can fill the pool of early entrants of platform money, which is why Chen Yang and others are doing their best to promote platform money, even by selling it in a “pull head, under development” mode. Those who come back are identified as high-value receivers.

于是，也就有了陈阳等混迹在各大群内推广注册链接，用各种形式的反馈来引诱投资者进入平台币的交易，并在群内制造出一种平台币极其火爆的氛围。

在《每日经济新闻》记者问及其是否是IFO时，陈阳赶忙否定，并表示，IFO是用一些主流数字货币换自己平台的币，我们这个不属于IFO。

陈阳所在交易平台确实不是利用主流数字货币兑换平台币。但实际上，其平台币相对于IFO更加没有价值，就连其交易平台也是属于非法平台，而被其高昂回报率吸引的投资者将会一步步掉进所谓平台币的陷阱中。

Indeed, Chen Yang’s trading platform does not use mainstream digital currencies for exchange of platform currencies. But, in fact, its platform is less valuable than IFOs, and even its trading platform is illegal, and investors attracted by its high return rates will slip into the trap of the so-called platform currency.

陈阳坚信其平台币会涨起来，也向投资者释放出这个信号，而群内买卖平台币的“炒币者”也在不遗余力地吹嘘，总之平台币绝对会涨起来，机不可失。然而，在你“上车”的过程中，也有一些套路在里面，让平台币在完成圈钱套路整个流程时，还能额外骗点外快。

Chen Yang is convinced that his platform coins will rise and send the signal to investors, and the “billner” who buys and sells the platform coins in the group is doing his best to brag. The platform coins will definitely rise. However, in the course of your “getting in the car,” there are other ways in which the platform coins can be defrauded.

支付漏洞易致钱币两空

陈阳所在平台的知名度并不如FCoin，毕竟FCoin创始人张健自带IP效应，但不论是已经进场的投资者还是制造了这种虚假繁荣的陈阳等内部人士，都对平台币的未来抱有不切实际的幻想。

Chen Yang’s platform is not as well known as FCoin, after all, the founder of Fcoin, who has the IP effect on himself, but both the investors who have come in and the insiders who have created this false prosperity, such as Chenyang, have unrealistic illusions about the future of the platform coin.

他们从早到晚在群里刷消息出售或者购买平台币，然而《每日经济新闻》记者通过注册、参与交易，发现其中的陷阱不止一处。除了通过类似上述“交易即挖矿”的发行、交易机制吸引高价接盘者之外，陈阳等人还会利用支付漏洞骗取投资者钱财，而王小就是受骗人之一。

They sell or buy platform money in groups from morning to evening, yet Daily Economic News journalists, by registering and engaging in transactions, find more than one trap in it. In addition to issuing such a deal as mine mining, the trading mechanism attracts high-value receivers, Chen Yang and others will use the payment gap to steal investors’ money, and Wang Xiao is one of the cheaters.

几天前，已经“上车”的王小在群内收购平台币，价格为6元/枚，在喊了一会儿后，有人联系到王小，说是要出售平台币。王小通过和出售者私聊，确定了交易的数量。接下来，王小会在平台上挂买单，而出售者的平台界面上将会显示售卖。

A few days ago, Wang Xiaoqiao, who had been “in the car” acquired platform money at a price of $6 per piece, called Wang Xiao for sale after a while. Wang Xiao achieved a private conversation with the seller and determined the amount of the transaction. Next, Wang Xiaoqiao will pay the bill on the platform, and the seller's platform interface will show the sale.

支付行为并不是像在淘宝内购买物品一样，可以直接支付，而是要在出售和购买匹配后，根据买方和卖方事先在平台填写的姓名、手机号、支付宝账号等信息，通过支付宝或者微信进行转账，然后将转账成功的消息截图，并上传至平台系统内，此时由平台客服人员进行确认，完成交易。

The act of payment is not direct, like the purchase of items in a treasure-hunting operation, but is to make a transfer through payment of a treasure or a micromail based on the name, cell phone number, payment account number, etc. that the buyer and the seller had previously filled in on the platform after the sale and purchase match, and then upload the successful information on the transfer to the platform system, which is confirmed and the transaction completed by the platform's client crew.

在王小转过钱之后，出售者却直接取消了订单，导致王小直接损失了购买款。王小在群内说了这一事情，很多人出来发言，让他联系客服。而交易平台的客服联系方式均为微信号或者QQ号，联系电话和公司地址是没有的，只能通过线上的这两种方式进行联系。

After Wang Xiao’s transfer of money, the seller simply cancelled the order, causing Wang Xiao’s direct loss of the purchase money. Wang Xiao said the same thing in the group, and many spoke out and asked him to contact the customer’s service.

而在群内喊话购买，也会遭遇被“放鸽子”的情况，陈阳在群内喊话收购平台币时，有人和他联系出售，在谈好了价格和数量之后，陈阳突然以“在交易平台捡了漏，买到了几个便宜的平台币”在群内大肆宣扬，而之前说要出售平台币的人却没有再出现。

When Chen Yang called for the purchase of platform money in the crowd, someone contacted him to sell it. After negotiating prices and quantities, Chen Yang suddenly told the crowd that he had “picked up a few cheap platform coins at the trading platform” and that the people who said they wanted to sell the platform money did not show up again.

此外，群内禁止议价、高于平台价格3倍的交易不被管理者支持，否则会被封号，这种行为营造出一种对于平台币有很严格管理机制的错觉。但是，不论是收币还是出售者，都是那么几个人。

In addition, intra-group transactions that prohibit bargaining, three times the price of the platform, are not supported by regulators, or are blocked, creating the illusion that the platform’s currency is subject to a very strict regulatory regime. But, whether it is a collection or a seller, there are a few.

等到平台币的交易量达到一定的规模，其价格也相应被内部人员以这种方式炒高，后来者必然会以更高的价格收购。而到那时，以预发型获得平台币的人，会将手中毫无价值的平台币出售，以收割韭菜。而在此之前，交易平台也用大量毫无价值的平台币获得有价值的比特币等数字货币。

By the time the amount of the platform’s transactions reach a certain size, the price will be inflated in this way by insiders, who will surely buy it at a higher price. By that time, those who receive the platform’s currency in advance will sell the priceless platform’s currency to harvest vegetables.

而接盘者面临的最终结局，既可能是类似86bex和Cattleex等平台跑路的情况，也可能是高价收来的平台币由于没有足够的后续接盘资金进行炒币，而遭遇无止境的下跌。

The final outcome faced by the receivers could be either a situation similar to that of a platform such as 86bex and Cattleex running or an endless fall in the price of the platform's currency, owing to the lack of sufficient follow-up funds to hold the currency.
