可信区块链推进计划即日起正式启动“链接未来·全球区块链方案馆(线上)”建设工作，并向全社会公开征集首批区块链优秀解决方案。所征集成果，将在“全球区块链方案馆”中，通过VR、HTML5等技术集中呈现。通过社会各界共同努力，我们会努力将“全球区块链方案馆”打造为政府部门、行业用户、专业人士，了解区块链技术进展、解决方案和应用实践的首选平台。
The & ldquo; Links to the Future · Global Block Chain Program House (online) & & rdquo; construction work and a public call for the first good solutions to the block chain. The results will be collected in “ Global Block Chain Program Pavilion & & rdquo; in which technologies such as VR, HTML5 are brought together. By working together, we will work to bring “ Global Block Chain Program House & & rdquo; and build the premier platform for government departments, industry users and professionals to understand technological progress, solutions and application practices in block chains.
提交要求
1. 解决方案包括已开发完成的技术服务产品和已落地的应用案例。
1. Solutions include developed technology service products and settled applications.
2. 参与方需提交：(1)贵公司已实际应用的解决方案总清单;(2)1~4个典型方案详细介绍。(具体请见“提交材料网页页面要求”)
Participants are required to submit: (1) a master list of solutions that your company has applied in practice; (2) a detailed description of 1 to 4 typical options. (For details see & & ldquo; submissions page request & & rdquao;)
3. 申报材料要求实事求是、逻辑清晰、描述详实，杜绝虚假和夸大宣传。
3. Declarations require factual, logical and descriptive information, and the elimination of false and exaggerated propaganda.
4. 解决方案涉及的技术、产品等成果不得涉及国家秘密、商业秘密，不得存在侵权行为。
4. The results of the technology, products, etc. involved in the solution must not involve State secrets, commercial secrets or abuses.
5. 违反国家法律法规和相关政策要求的案例不予受理。
5. Cases of violations of national laws and regulations and related policy requirements are inadmissible.

流程安排
1. 提交时间：全年持续征集。第一期征集时间为2020年06月19日-07月31日;

2. 提交材料：申报单位需通过指定网站：http://www.zhiding.cn/Blockchain提交。(如有额外需求，请将电子版发送至指定邮箱xiao.qian@zhiding.cn，邮件主题按“方案馆-单位名称-解决方案名称”格式填写，并在邮件内附案例提供者联系方式);
2. Submission: The declaration unit is required to submit through a designated website: http://www.zhiding.cn/Blockchain. (If additional requirements arise, send an electronic version to the designated mailbox xiao.qian@zhiding.cn under “ pavilion - unit name - solution name & & rdquo; fill in format and attach case provider contact information to mail);
3. 入选与发布：结合材料审阅、实地走访、调研访谈等形式，由可信区块链推进计划秘书处对申报解决方案进行甄选，符合入选条件的方案将收录在“全球可信区块链方案库”中。
