12月27日下午14:00，2021百度Create大会（百度AI开发者大会）在百度元宇宙平台“希壤”APP开启，大会设置主论坛和20场分论坛，为期3天。本次百度Create大会主题是“创造者精神”，这是国内首次在元宇宙空间里举办大型科技峰会。虚拟会场可同时容纳10万人同屏互动，观众除在手机APP、PC电脑、VR头显参会之外，还可以通过ARM云手机的方式参会。

百度创始人、董事长兼CEO李彦宏出席大会并为10位中国AI学者颁发百度奖学金。百度首席技术官王海峰、中国科学院院士欧阳志远、诺贝尔物理学奖得主兼《星际穿越》科学顾问基普-索恩、《连线》杂志创始主编凯文-凯利、特斯拉公司创始人埃隆-马斯克母亲梅耶-马斯克、Intel中国区董事长王瑞等明星大咖、NVIDIA亚太区总裁郑义陶，就人工智能前沿技术、产业应用、科技人才培养等议题发表演讲。

1、百度推出了数字人平台——百度智能云曦灵，数字人可以24小时无休为用户提供贴心服务，李彦宏的数字人、为听障朋友提供手语服务的AI手语主播、央视网数字人小C等也在大会上亮相。
The 100-degree digital platform, the 100-degree smart cloud, was launched to provide a 24-hour, round-the-clock, friendly service to users, as were Li Yinghong, the ASI sign language anchor who provided sign language services to deaf friends, and Little C of the Visual Net.
2、百度成为全球最大的自动驾驶出行服务提供商，李彦宏宣布“萝卜快跑”的下一站：希望2025年将服务扩展到65个城市，2030年将服务扩展到100个城市。

3、百度AI技术和业务的最新进展：百度深度学习平台飞桨已凝聚406万开发者，服务超过15.7万家企事业单位，创建了47.6万个模型。

4、李彦宏公布了百度汽车机器人最新进展：2022年上半年百度将公布首款概念车，并在2023年量产交付首款汽车机器人。

5、李彦宏与著名天体化学与地球化学家、中国探月工程首任首席科学家、中国科学院院士欧阳自远，进行了一场跨越时空的“月球”对话。欧阳自远表示，中国深空探索已经取得了巨大的成就，未来建立月球科研站、实现载人登月，并且前往火星和更遥远的深空，将是中国航天的下一步，AI一定会与航天深度融合，发挥巨大的作用。李彦宏认为，具备自学习能力的AI大脑，可以帮助月球基地的建造、无人值守的科学探测以及资源开发利用。我也期待我们的无人汽车可以开到月球上去。

6、李彦宏介绍了AIR（AIRoad）智能道路系统：通过“上帝视角”，全量对象实时协同感知，将路口通过率提升至99%，实现道路全量危险事件实时、广触达预警，协同主动式运营管理，有效降低90%交通事故。
6- Lee Yinghong presented the AIR (AIRoad) Smart Road System: Real-time co-ordination of the full range of objects through the “God's Perspective”, raising the pass rate to 99 per cent, achieving real-time, wide-temporal warning of the full range of dangerous road events, and working with proactive operational management to effectively reduce 90 per cent of traffic accidents.
7、李彦宏表示：假如一个城市全部路口都实现了智能化和城市级的区域信控优化，能够提升15%-30%通行效率。5年之内中国一线城市将不再需要限购和限行，10年之内拥堵问题基本可以解决。他认为，智能交通可以解决三大问题：第一，减少90%道路安全事故。第二，系统解决拥堵问题。第三，自动驾驶和智能交通可以助力碳减排。
According to Li Yinghong, if all roads in a city are smart and urban-level regional trust controls are optimized, 15-30% of traffic efficiency will be achieved. In five years, China’s first-line cities will no longer need to be restricted from buying and moving, and congestion will be largely solved within 10 years.
