比特币中国(BTC China，下称“BTCC”)股东杨林科称，BTCC股权100%转让给香港一家投资基金，原来四个最大股东，包括李启元、光速资本、杨林科、黄啸宇全部清仓股份套现。
According to Yang Linko, a shareholder in Bitcoin China (BTC China, hereinafter referred to as “BTCC”), BTCC transferred 100 per cent of its shares to an investment fund in Hong Kong, with the original four largest shareholders, including Li Qi Won, Quick Speed Capital, Yang Linko and Huang Xiaowoo's full stock set aside.
比特币中国成立于 2011 年 6 月，公司主体为上海萨图西网络有限公司，成立之初的前两年一路顺风顺水。2014 年，这家公司一跃成为成为世界上第二大比特币交易所，此时一个比特币的价值不过 1100 美元左右，但他们的单日比特币成交量却超过 10 万个，相当于 1000 万美元的交易金额。
Bitcoin China was founded in June 2011 as Shanghai Satusi Networks Ltd., with a smooth first two years of existence. In 2014, the company jumped to become the world’s second largest Bitcoin exchange, when a bitcoin was worth less than $1,100, but its single-day Bitcoin turnover exceeded 100,000, equivalent to $10 million in transactions.

At the beginning of the year, the central bank began its presence in several of the country’s major bitcoin trading platforms. On 11 January, the central bank’s Beijing battalion management department and the central bank’s head office in Shanghai simultaneously issued an announcement that the local financial sector would be brought together to form an inspection team, placed on platforms such as the Democratic Currency Network, the Currency Bank, and the Bitcoin China, to conduct on-site checks on whether enterprises operate ultra-extensively, whether or not they conduct credit, payment, exchange, etc., without permission or license; whether there are market manipulations; the implementation of the anti-money-laundering regime; and the risk of financial security.
今年1月29日，比特币中国官方微博和公众号同时发布消息，宣布被香港区块链投资基金收购。宣告写道：“BTCC作为全球运营历史悠久的比特币交易平台，今日正式宣布被香港区块链投资基金收购。”被收购后， BTCC表示进行业务调整，把业务重心完全转移到，BTCC矿池、Mobi数字资产钱包和美元现货交易平台。
On 29 January of this year, the official Weibo and the public in Bitcoin announced that it had been acquired by the Hong Kong Block Chain Investment Fund. The announcement stated: “BTCC, a platform with a long history of operating bitcoin worldwide, today officially announced that it had been acquired by the Hong Kong Block Chain Investment Fund.” Following the takeover, BTCC indicated that it had changed its business focus completely to a BTCC pool, Mobi digital asset wallet and a US dollar spot trading platform.
