From the launch, journalists were informed that Conflux OS is a major development demand for Web3.0 for the Shanghai Tree Map Block Chain Institute, focusing on the technical challenges of Web3.0 to the dynamic management of web-based multi-source, distributed supply computing resources, and the autonomous Web3.0 network operating system developed.
据介绍，Conflux OS通过图形化用户操作界面，实现对多种区块链共识系统的统一调用，提供开源可复用的开发框架和中间件及生产力工具，支持Web3.0及元宇宙应用的低代码开发。该操作系统有望解决目前Web3.0生态多链并存环境下应用开发与适配成本高、跨链信息难以互通的问题，提供统一的Web3.0应用开发与运行环境，极大提高Web3.0的应用开发效率，帮助实现数字空间的可信价值传递，推动新一轮全球数字经济浪潮。

据介绍，Conflux OS运行的载体是整个Web3.0网络，也即其最核心的计算资源并非来自本地的中央处理器（CPU）、内存、硬盘等硬件，而是Web3.0网络中存在的公共服务，包括区块链共识系统提供的数据存储和计算能力、IPFS（一种网络传输协议）提供的数据存储服务、第三方服务商（基于TEE、MPC、FHE等可信计算技术）提供的计算服务等。通过管理和调度这些来自Web3.0网络公共服务的资源，Conflux OS能够保障数据存储和计算的中立性和可信性。
As described, Conflux operates a vehicle for the entire Web 3.0 network, i.e. its core computing resources are not from the local central processor (CPU), memory, hard disk, etc. hardware, but rather from the public services that exist in the Web3.0 network, including data storage and computing capabilities provided by block chain consensus systems, data storage services provided by IPFS (a network transfer agreement), computing services provided by third-party service providers (based on credible computing techniques such as TEE, MPC, FHE).
