02 区块链需要怎样的人才？
“目前，百度区块链实验室的人数是十几人。”肖伟称，但是，从零到一搭建这个团队，颇为不易。

为什么还要有经济学原理？

“因为比特币除了技术以外，它里面还有一个经济学博弈论的问题。”肖伟称，不断提高作恶的成本，增加工作量的奖励，从而通过经济学束缚恶，激励善。

03 区块链信仰
2017年，肖伟正式接触区块链，就立刻变为信仰。

他有几点判断。

一是，区块链技术不会马上黄掉，它有“黄金十年、白银十年”。

“2018~2028年是区块链行业的好机会。”肖伟认为，可能会像2000年的互联网和2008年的移动时代一样，出现一个蓬勃发展的黄金期：人才水平提升、公司市值提升。

二是，目前区块链领域，确实存在严重泡沫，就像当年的互联网。
