近期火热的加密资产行情将其背后的区块链技术以空前之力拉到了大众视野。它被称为第四次工业革命代表性技术，2019年升级为国家战略，2020年被纳入新基建，2019年10月，人民日报还专门以图文科普了“什么是区块链？”。全球知名的研究公司Gartner也曾保守预估，区块链技术将在五到十年内改变大多数行业的企业运营方式。另有报告预计，到2022年，区块链产生的商业价值将达到100亿美元，到2026年将增至3600亿美元，预计到2030年将增加到3.1万亿美元。
The recent boom in encryption has brought the block chain technology behind it to public view with unprecedented force. 然而，就是在这样如火如荼的数据对面，现实对于区块链的认知仍然非常有限。很多对区块链技术到底会为生活带来什么，以及它到底是怎样一项前沿技术，仍一无所知。
Yet, across from the hot data, reality still has a very limited understanding of the chain of blocks. Much of the technology of the chain of blocks is about what life brings, and what it is at the cutting edge of the technology is still unknown.

2021年1月18日，欧科云链宣布升级区块链人才“鲲鹏计划”，新计划中提到，将拓宽社会化科普，将在教材编写、图书出版、音视频生产等领域继续发力，为区块链的社会化认知提供高质量的工具；同时还将联合行业各方力量共同组织开展“区块链科普教育公益行动”，组建专业讲师团走进机关、学校、社区，开展形式多样、通俗易懂的科普教育活动，为全行业的长远发展夯实社会认知基础、挖掘储备人才。
