现在是所有跨境交易都普遍遇到的，不管是跨境电商、旅游、投资、教育等情况，数额大、频次多的用户，出现限制交易、冻卡的问题屡见不鲜。限制交易那只能根据外汇局的要求，5万美金/年，没有人能超过，超过你就另外想办法吧。冻卡也只能根据银行和冻卡jingzhen的要求，等待解封，一般情况下是这样：

多家jingzhen冻结，事大；安全用卡的方法，就是多准备几张卡，用专门的卡来投资。
