早期项目｜Web3+AI社交媒体平台「Cher8」希望成为北美“小红书”，引入NFT、Tag Bank等创新收益分配模式

在社交平台上分享生活方式或学习生活技巧，已经成为今天全球大部分年轻人们的固定选项，然而如何帮助用户完成变现，则是许多平台仍在探索的方向。

Sharing lifestyles or learning life skills on social platforms has become a fixed option for most young people around the globe today, but how to help users realize is the direction many platforms are still exploring.

36氪最近了解到的「Cher8」希望打造一款北美版“小红书”，定位“生活方式社交平台”，用户既可以浏览测评、攻略、种草等笔记内容，了解潮流动向，又可以在App端和Web端自由创作笔记、分享生活经验，或通过私信与其他用户互动交流。

The “Chher8” recently learned of the idea of creating a North American version of the “Small Red Book” and positioning a “lifestyle social platform” where users can view notes such as evaluation, strategy, grass, etc., understand the flow of tides, and can freely write notes at App and Web ends, share life experiences, or interact with other users through private letters.

创始人兼首席执行官Victor介绍说，作为一款“图文+短视频”社交平台，「Cher8」与Instagram、Pinterest的差异主要体现在“收益分配模式的创新”和“对小众创作者的关注”两方面。通常，博主的收益与粉丝数量直接挂钩，这导致资源分配不均、新博主的进入壁垒较高，平台内容趋于单调化。

The founder and CEO, Victor, described the differences between Cher8 and Instagram and Planest as a social platform for “figures plus short videos,” mainly in terms of “innovation in the distribution of benefits model” and “concerning the creators of small groups.” Typically, the proceeds of the bloggers are directly linked to the number of fans, resulting in uneven resource allocation, high entry barriers for new bloggers, and a tendency for platform content to be singled out.

「Cher8」开发了一套“Tag Bank”收益分配系统，以鼓励小众博主在自己的垂直领域持续产出高质量的内容，以撬动长尾流量、捕捉长期广告收入。这套在区块链上运行的基于内容的推送系统覆盖了时尚、艺术、美妆、护肤等16个话题，通过算法为每位用户设定多个标签，代表着用户在某个时间点对不同内容的喜好程度。在用户点击并有效浏览某条笔记后，创作者就可以获得相关Tag的收益。

“Cher8” has developed a “Tag Bank” revenue distribution system to encourage small bloggers to produce high quality content continuously in their vertical areas, to tap long tail traffic and capture long-term advertising revenues. The content-based delivery system, which operates on the block chain, covers 16 topics, such as fashion, art, makeup, skin protection, etc., and sets multiple labels for each user, representing the user’s preferences for different content at a given point in time.

“譬如说，在一天结束后，Chain8平台的智能合约就会自动开始分配收益。以“旅行”标签为例，假设当天这个标签银行收到了20美元，而平台上只有3篇与旅行相关的笔记。第一篇笔记吸引了不少读者，其中3个人带有“旅行”标签；第二篇笔记有7个带有“旅行”标签的读者；第三篇则有10个。所以，第一篇笔记将得到20美元中的3美元，第二篇得到7美元，第三篇得到10美元。”Victor解释道。

“For example, after the end of the day, a smart contract for the Chain8 platform automatically begins to distribute the proceeds. For example, the "Travel" label assumes that the label bank received $20 the same day, while the platform has only three travel-related notes. The first notes attracted a lot of readers, three of them with the "Travel" label; the second notes have seven readers with the "Travel" label; and the third has 10. So, the first notes get $3 out of $20, the second $7 and the third $10. Victor explains.

基于点赞、收藏、评论、阅读等数据的定价模式可能会遇到虚假流量、刷单等问题。谈及这一话题，Victor表示，「Cher8」基于“有效用户模型”开发了一套严格的反作弊系统。创始人认为，与其一个一个查封水军账号，不如主动引导，根据用户的“活跃程度”和“真实程度”进行打分，仅为评分超过一定阈值的用户发放收益奖励。

On this subject, Victor said that “Cher8” had developed a strict anti-deception system based on an “effective user model.” The founder argued that instead of a closed water account, it would be better to take the initiative to rate users according to their “activity” and “reality” and to award returns only to users who rate users above a certain threshold.

举例来说，「Cher8」将检查用户的浏览和搜索频率、私信频率和用词、评论风格、登录时间和时长等，以及用户是否有登出行为、IP地址是否经常变化等；然后，平台会将“前20%最真实、最活跃的用户”判定为“有效用户”，使其有权参与投资和收益分配。Victor提到，作为一个刚起步的社交平台，「Cher8」希望最大限度地实现用户触达、强化网络效应，从长期来看，一些“羊毛党”可能在使用了一段时间的「Cher8」之后就养成了习惯，逐渐转化成了「Cher8」的真实粉丝。

For example, “Chher8” will check users’ browsing and searching frequencies, private letter frequencies and terms, comment styles, login times and duration, and whether users have registered behavior, IP addresses change frequently, etc.; then the platform will identify “the top 20% of the most real and active users” as “effective users” and give them the right to participate in investment and revenue distribution. Victor mentioned that, as a social platform in its infancy, “Chher8” wants to maximize user penetration and enhance network effects, and that in the long run some “sheat parties” may have become used after a period of “Cher8” to adopt habits and gradually turn into “Cher8” true fans.

此外，「Cher8」还计划将笔记和收益权铸成NFT保存在Chain8区块链上，并开放NFT交易功能。Victor举例说：“比如，我预感到‘海莉美甲’会成为下一个爆款，我就可以去购买有关‘海莉美甲’测评的笔记NFT，未来在这条笔记分配收益时，作为投资人我也可以获得代币分红。”

In addition, “Chher8” plans to create notes and earnings rights into NFTs on the Chain 8 block chain and to open up the NFT trading function. For example, Victor says, “I anticipate, for example, that Haley's nails will be the next blow, so that I can buy notes NFTs on the assessment of Haley's nails, and in the future I will be able to get a bonus as an investor in the distribution of the proceeds.”

Victor强调，为了激励创作、降低增长成本和用户留存成本，「Cher8」称会将60%的收益分配给内容创作者，因为“创作者生产的内容才是吸引用户和广告的原因”，而这套收益分配系统正是围绕着这一思路设计的——「Cher8」希望借助算法推荐和区块链技术，实现内容、广告、用户之间的点对点分发，不仅激励创作者去关注单篇收益较高的小众话题，让各个细分领域的用户群体都能找到感兴趣的内容，还能帮助品牌方精准锁定目标用户，切入小众市场。此外，「Cher8」将全部数据放在链上，使流量和收益分配过程变得公开、透明、可溯源，允许广告商根据链上数据进行分析，调整广告投放策略。

Victor stressed that, in order to stimulate creativity and reduce growth costs and user retention costs, “Cher8” said that 60 per cent of the proceeds would be allocated to content creators, because “the content produced by creators is the reason for attracting users and advertising”, and that the “Cher8” system was designed around this idea, which was designed to make the flow and revenue distribution process open, transparent and retroactive, allowing advertisers to analyse and adjust their advertising strategies based on the data in the chain.

自去年2月萌生创业想法以来，「Cher8」团队已在今年2月完成技术开发，6月刚刚完成了市场测试，预计将在7月初向内测用户发布beta版，在8月正式上线。谈及下一个技术突破点，Victor表示，团队将进一步优化AI创作、推送算法和区块链技术。「Cher8」 已搭建专有区块链微服务集群，采用多链并行的分布式结构，此方案解决了公链存储成本和TPS瓶颈等问题，随着业务的发展和数据量的增多，可以灵活扩增链的数量。这家初创公司初期的广告业务将重点关注Google Admod和国内跨境电商创业者，按曝光度和购买行为付费，后续逐步转型为广告竞价和“Tag Bank”模式。

With regard to the next technology breakthrough, Victor said that the team would further optimize AI’s technology of creation, algorithms and block chains. “Cher8” has set up a dedicated block micro-service cluster, using multi-chain parallel distributional structures, which addresses the public chain storage costs and TPS bottlenecks, which can expand the number of chains as business development and data volume increase. The initial advertising business of the start-up company will focus on Google Admod and domestic cross-border electricity entrepreneurs, paying for exposure and purchasing behaviour, and gradually shift to advertising competitions and “Tag Bank” models.

团队方面，首席执行官Victor曾获得2枚Kaggle银牌，擅长推荐系统和自然语言处理领域，在Web3.0领域有着多年从业、创业经验，曾担任某上市企业总裁助理和北美小红书“Cheriie”的创始人，负责整体战略规划、融资、开发、增长、运营等工作。首席增长官Raymond也曾获得Kaggle银牌，擅长推荐系统和计算机视觉（自动驾驶方向），曾联合创办美国电商平台“MILIBAG”。首席技术官James也是“MILIBAG”的创始人之一，负责该公司的技术开发，擅长智能合约开发、Java、Flutter、区块链、推荐算法和大数据。首席数据科学家Scarlett曾在国际先进人工智能协会（AAAI）等国际顶级学术组织发表多篇论文，多次在国家级数据科学比赛中获奖，参与国家自然基金项目两项，擅长推荐系统、联邦机器学习等。

On the team side, CEO Victor has acquired two Kaggle silver medals, recommended systems and natural language processing fields, has had many years of professional and entrepreneurial experience in the area of Web3.0, and has been one of the founders of the company's “MiLIBAG” company, which is responsible for overall strategic planning, financing, development, growth, and operation. Chief Growth Officer Raymond has also obtained Kaggle silver medals, recommended systems and computer visualization (autonomous driving direction), co-founded the American electric power company platform “MiLIBAG.” The Chief Technical Officer James is also one of the founders of the “MiLIBAG” project, which is responsible for technological development of the company and is good at intellectual contract development, Java, Flutter, sector chains, recommended algorithms and big data.

此外，「Cher8」团队还有多位区块链开源项目活跃贡献者，包括前华为工程师Ocean ，得物和虎扑早期成员、算法工程师牛泽鹏，北美陌生人社交领域连续创业者、移动端工程师Davy，新氧云览早期成员、产品经理Jamal等。

In addition, the “Chher8” team has a number of active contributors to the Open Block Chain Project, including former Chinese engineer Ocean, early members of the Masters and Tiger Top, algorithmal engineers, successive entrepreneurs in the social field of strangers in North America, mobile engineer Davy, early members of the new oxygen cloud viewer, and product manager Jamal, among others.

「Cher8」正在寻求天使轮融资，目标融资金额为100万美元。新资金将主要用于团队建设和市场推广。

The new funds will be used mainly for team-building and marketing.
