Dtop环球嘉年华“全球Web 3.0商业场景应用峰会暨2024战略研讨会” （Global Web 3.0 Business Scene Application Summit And 2024 Strategic Symposium）在2024年1月12日于泰国曼谷举办，峰会以“全球Web 3.0商业场景应用生态”为主题，共同探讨全球商业场景布局下的商业应用价值与前景。
Dtop Worldwide Carnival, “Global Web 3.0 Business Scene Application Summit and 2024 Strategic Workshop”, held in Bangkok, Thailand, on 12 January 2024, shared the value and prospects of business applications under the global business scene layout, under the theme “Global Web 3.0 Business Site Application Ecology”.

峰会开幕式上，由泰国国家电视台主持人Yoyo与马来西亚民防部少将Lim Ying Ran共同主持。曼谷市舞狮团首先进行开场祝贺表演。
The opening ceremony was co-chaired by Yoyo, host of the Thai National Television, and Major General Lim Ying Ran of the Ministry of Civil Defence of Malaysia. The Bangkok City Lions Group began with an opening hymn.

马来西亚城市大学CUM研究生学院副院长Dr Mark Ooi探讨了Dtop商业场景的生态化应用布局，介绍了Dtop环球嘉年华在商业场景方面的建设与发展计划。
Dr. Mark Ooi, Vice-President of the CUM Graduate School of Municipal University of Malaysia, discussed the eco-application layout of the Dtop business scene and presented the Dtop Global Carnival Building and Development Plan for the Business Scene.
峰会当天也进行了Dtop环球嘉年华平台的颁奖仪式，由马来西亚城市大学CUM研究生学院副院长Dr Mark Ooi和国际人类先天研究院副院长Evo Lee上台颁布奖项。
On the same day, the Summit also featured an award ceremony for the Dtop Global Carnival Platform, which was presented by Dr. Mark Ooi, Vice-President of the CUM Graduate School of the University of Malaysian Cities, and Evo Lee, Vice-President of the International Institute of Human Origin.
