去(弱)中心化的管理方式、难篡改的数据存储、可信任的点对点交易等其中一种或者多种技术的结合实现了实现价值的可信流通，这些技术实现的价值称为区块链技术价值(区块链局部价值)，一些业务通过区块链的局部价值即可满足业务需求。
