7月20日，在由云南省人民政府主办的2019年首届“数字云南”区块链国际论坛上，云南省委副书记、省长阮成发与腾讯副总裁、腾讯云总裁邱跃鹏，通过“游云南”平台共同开出全国第一张区块链电子冠名发票。

区别于传统电子发票，“游云南”区块链电子冠名发票把原有纸质冠名票线上化，基于区块链技术，使一张小小的门票信息具备了分布式存储、全流程完整追溯、不可篡改等特性，同时通过“资金流、发票流”二流合一，实现“交易即可开发票”。让开票更简单，让游客体验智慧便捷，安心省心。
